[patch] use ports infrastructure's definition of CC

The attached patch uses what the ports infrastructure comes up with for CC
rather than the hard-coded gcc.

QA:
  portlint - ok
  stage-qa - ok
  poudriere - ok (10-stable/64)

I don't know yet if security/hashcat has the same issue.  If so, I'll open a
separate bug.
