Unfortunately not, but you may use your current MAINTAINER address (ports) as
your bugzilla email (eugen), so the latter doesn't get spammed. They just need
to match.

Changing the bugzilla account email can be done here:

Also note that technically  (unless otherwise validated another way) only the
current MAINTAINER (address) can approve (maintainer-approval +) the
attachment.
