Patch file for the port.

Hi,

I've included a patch to update fwknop to the current version (2.6.8).

While working on this I came to realise that the configuration files
access.conf and fwknopd.conf will be deleted with the current port config upon
update, deinstall or reinstall! Therefore I have adjusted the Makefile and the
pkg-plist file to prevent this.
