Since jpeg-turbo is a drop-in replacement for libjpeg, I used it to provide the
required dependency. This avoids conflict when installing fltk.

It builds now in 10.2 with very recent ports snapshot. I tested it by setting
LD_LIBRARY_PATH pointing to jpeg-turbo. The program seems to work without
problems.
