Patch to version 0.7.4

The attached patch updates audio/ncmpcpp to version 0.7.4. This is another
small bugfix release with next to ni important changes. The upstream changelog
is:

* Fetching lyrics from lyricwiki.org was fixed.
* Configure script now continues without errors if ICU library was not found.

As always this update was tested with Poudriere on FreeBSD 10.3, 10.2, 10.1 and
9.3. I've used the new version myself for about 6 hours and didn't experience
any problems.
