sysutils/ansible1: 1.9.5 -> 1.9.6

Please update sysutils/ansible1 to 1.9.6 and bump expiration date.

Changes:

* Fix a regression in the loading of inventory variables where they were not
  found when placed inside of an inventory directory.
* Fix lxc_container having predictable temp file names.  Addresses
CVE-2016-3096
