patch fixing aws4 issues

There are a number of issues with the current released Net-Amazon-Signature-V4
module. I submitted a patch on rt ~9months ago but unfortunately haven't heard
back.

Now we have a port for this I wanted to get this in so the module its usable
until 0.15 of Net-Amazon-Signature-V4 is release with the fixes.
