Attention:

While waiting for the blocking GitLab 7.x to come into the Portstree a new
major version was released (as every month)...

Currently i'm waiting for 7.x to come into the port and will than update this
PR to the current GitLab version. In the meantime new dependencies comes but
some will be (or are already) removed. A short look shows at least one of the
Rubygems needed by GitLab 8.0 is already removed for 8.1. 

So nothing to do here until the blocker is done.
