Don't forget to set the "Depends on" and "Blocks" fields to point to the
correct dependent issues :)
Also, COMMENT is too long (potlint should pick this issue up)
As per my comment in Bug 203759, please run this port through QA tool
(portlint/poudriere) and attach results
