Development port of haproxy /ports/net/haproxy-devel updated with release
version 1.6.0, but not 1.7.-dev0 version
(https://svnweb.freebsd.org/ports?view=revision&revision=399220). I think
haproxy and haproxy-devel ports confused and wrong port has been updated.

haproxy-devel should be updated to 1.7-dev0
haproxy should be updated to 1.6.0 release

Upstream haproxy just released version 1.6.0

Upstream haproxy development tree switched to 1.7-dev0 version (to
