patch

AES256 cipher replaces Blowfish for encryption.
keys and ivs are now generated randomly for encrypted files.

scgi_set_key_iv()   replaces scgi_encrypt_files().
scgi_set_periodic() replaces scgi_periodic().

Tested with poudriere testport amd64/i386
