Actually I don't know :). I read the handbook and it wasn't clear to me. I
never include the build in the version so it seemed logical to me to bump
PORTREVISION. It is actually the same version, but the upstream project has the
(bad) habit of re-rolling versions with small differences.

But if this is what it's done with ports that behave this way, I'll change the
patch, no problem. Just let me know.
