svn diff for sysutils/etcmerge

I've always hated mergemaster(8) so this looks
like a good opportunity to make my life, and
hopefully others too, nicer, and easier. :)

So I'd love to maintain sysutils/etcmerge

CHANGES
Makefile - takes MAINTAINER
pkg-desrr - modifies description, adds WWW

That's it!
