pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: The 'future==0.9.0' distribution was not
found and is required by Mezzanine

Unfortunately, instaling py-future does not help. 1st it is another version
(0.14.3) and 2nd portmaster (or pkg?) does not tell _which_ stale lockfile I
have to delete to proceed... (pkg database locked)
