This tool is a useful command line tool to view ipfix data
created by yaf. It is slightly out of sync with the current
yaf version of 2.7.1, however other then occasional stderrs
is still quite useful for text view of the yaf data.

The reason is it depends on an older CERT_IE.h and thus does
not even depend on yaf. Just libfixbuf
