Upgrade www/pound to 2.7

Pound 2.7 was just released as the next stable version. This is an important
release as it includes: added "Disable PROTO" directives (fix for Poodle
vulnerability). Many people in the pound community have been using the
experimental 2.7 builds for some time.

Attached is a diff to bump www/pound from 2.6 to 2.7.
