http://robotframework.org/robotframework/. Other features and fixes

QA:
My RF tests continue to work after the update.
None of the following commands expose any problems.

 portlint -C /usr/ports/devel/py-robotframework
 make -C /usr/ports/devel/py-robotframework -D DEVELOPER=yes check-plist
stage-qa clean
 ( cd /usr/ports/devel/py-robotframework ; sudo port test )
 sudo portmaster devel/py-robotframework
