Updated devd backend patch

Hi,

In order to support applications like Webcamd, Xorg needs to listen for
character device events and not device driver events. Please find attached an
updated devd.c patch for the xorg-server. This patch also make
/dev/input/eventX work flawlessly with Xorg again, like tablets and touchpads.
