syslogd_altlog_proglist was never official!
Since bind left base in r257694, altlog_proglist was added to defaults/rc.conf,
mainly for documentation.
So altlog_proglist is the official way to instruct syslogd(8) to place
additional log sockets into various directories for chrooted daemons.
isc-dhcpd is best candidate ;-) The patch makes it working :-)

Additionally, pkg-message would need updating, please find the patch in the
additional attachment.
