devel/clig
MASTER_SITES link has been gone for ~1yr.
I use this, and am now the new maintainer. I would also like
to become the ports' maintainer, as well.

Modified:

Makefile: MASTER_SITES, MAINTAINER
pkg-descr: re-flowed text, changed WWW
