update to latest version:

- Fix: linking against libev on FreeBSD
- Fix: Let configure report problem on FreeBSD when configuring with
    libevent and libunbound <= 1.4.22 is not compiled with libevent.
- Better libcheck detection
- Better portability with UNIX systems
