- Convert to option helpers
- Stagify NLS option
- Drop unsupported POOLALLOC and PYTHON options
- Rename TESTS to TEST
- Track direct usage of vorbisfile and fontconfig
- Append / (slash) in MASTER_SITES
- Don't redefine default WRKSRC
