This doesn't following the instructions on how to submit a new port,
specifically it needs to be delivered as a "shar" file:

However, since you provided a stage-qa poudriere testlog, I'm going to give you
extra-credit and go ahead and promote the PR anyway.

In the future, please following the instructions outline in the link above. 
Currently they say "shar" is the only option.
