Changes for Makefile and distinfo

The problem reported here:

       https://sourceforge.net/p/kid3/bugs/101/

is solved by the author here:

       https://sourceforge.net/p/kid3/patches/66/

The attached diff modifies our port to make use of the patch. Should new
patches appear upstream, adding following the same way will be easy.
