New in this version:
+ Simply lists tags if run without options.
+ Processes all already-present tags by default, not just ID3v1.
+ Should be able to handle most ID3v2.4 tags.
+ Now uses iconv to convert between charsets.

Port specific:
+ All URL's have been changed due to the original website going down.
