SVN patch for games/bsp against svn:ports/head

Removing the BROKEN flag initially revealed that the distfile was once again
fetchable. I've since downloaded the distfile in question and uploaded it to my
own webserver as a mirror, for a little bit more redundancy. I've included my
site as a second entry to MASTER_SITES. I am attaching a single patch to
address both of these at once.
