virt-manager doesn't start ...

$ virt-manager 
exec: /usr/local/share/virt-manager/virt-manager: not found

The first line of /usr/local/share/virt-manager/virt-manager is
#!/usr/local/bin/python2.72 -tt, which is incorrect.
