lcms2 port installs .la files. Can we remove it to prevent odd build problems?

liblcms2.la causes colord-gtk and eog to fail to build in jhbuild because wrong
version of libpango-1.0.so.0 is found during linking:
/home/lantw44/gnome/devinstall/lib/libgtk-3.so: undefined reference to
`pango_fc_font_map_config_changed'
clang: error: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see invocation)

Remove liblcms2.la fixes the problem.
