Fix Xen text console issue

virt-manager cannot access Xen text console because of a non-needed check. It
is the same problem as the comment
https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=199108#c1.

This problem has been fixed by the upstream. It is nice to have the patch in
our ports.
