SVN diffs of affected ports

Greetings!

I have managed to compile latest stable WebKit using Ports, which involved
updating a couple dependencies as well.

Along the way, I made installation of locales, HTML docs and absh completions
optional for some ports, hence I also included GIMP here. I hope this catches
on, because it is unlikely everyone wants these installed.

Caveat: I never touched -gnome and -reference ports, so they may get broken.
