If you rerun that command the list is now shorter right?

I also see that for a lot of files it says "not found in database".  Some
update in the past must have gone wrong and these files were left behind
instead of removed.  Please delete them.  Basically that list should be empty
before you can build vlc.  If a file in the list belongs to a package then
rebuild that package, if it is "not found in database" then delete it.
