version 6.8.9-4 won't build due to two missing .la files.  I locally futzed
with the two other ports to install them, and it builds OK.

I've run into similar problems in the past and don't know whether the fix is to
have libiconv and libffi install the .la files again, or adjust ImageMagick so
it doesn't need them.
