Update devel/py-omniorb

Fixed installation problem:

===>   Registering installation for py27-omniorb-4.2.0
pkg-static: py27-omniorb-4.2.0 conflicts with omniORB-4.2.0 (installs files
into 
the same place).  Problematic file: /usr/local/lib/python2.7/site-
packages/omniidl_be/__init__.py
...

by removing the file (seems identical to the one that exists already).
