exaile 3.4 update

- update to 3.4.0.2
- switch to github
- add LICENSE_FILE
- modernize port
- stop building and installing an manpage, because of:
  1. It can't be built on package cluster, because exaile refuses to start
under
     root user.
  2. It needs pygtk2 and friends on build phase just to create the manpage! I'd
     rethink the process, or at least included the prebuilt version of manpage
to
     the source tarball.
