Output of compiler/linker for vlc/libgme

When trying to compile vlc with game music emu (gme) support it fails with the
linker not being able to find libgme. I had to create sym-links to
/usr/local/lib/libgme.so, /usr/local/lib/libgme.so.0, and
/usr/local/lib/libgme.so.0.5.3 in /usr/lib.

This bug is similar to bug 191997:
