The only reason I didn't add:

# KEYWORD: shutdown

To my new script was because it's not in the previous version of the webcamd
rc.d script. Hans, you may add it if you wish. That may be a good idea
considering it's possible to have a -L / -D client / server invocation.

Those other 3 remaining error reported by rclint aren't really proper errors.
Just the rclint program is not detecting properly / not recognising the syntax.
But they look OK when you check manually.
