SHAR archive of the net/dibbler port

net/dibbler is a stateless and stateful DHCPv6 client and server.

It's the solution recommended by some ISP, including French ISP Online
(Dedibox) to claim an IPv6 block from a DHCP Unique Identifier (DUID).
