failing yelp build log

Just did the databases/sqlite3 update that removed the :keepla flag from the
libtool USES line, and tried to install x11/yelp.  The yelp build is looking
for libsqlite3.la still.  Looks like we still need the :keepla flag, or perhaps
the yelp port needs fixed?  If this latter is the case, I'd be fine to do the
work myself, but I don't know where to start as it's not clear why it wants
libsqlite3.la.
