I have upgrade the version of coccinelle to the latest of FreeBSD ports and the spatch tool stopped to work.

1. Install ocaml-nox11-3.12.1_1
2. Install coccinelle-1.0.0.r18
3. rehash
4. spatch --help

Expected:
A help screen

Actual:
Unknown option --help.
It doesn't respond to any options spatch supports.
