I suggest change make config expression 
"STRICT_HTTP      Make Squid strictly HTTP Compliant"
to
"NO_STRICT_HTTP   Make Squid HTTP violations mode"

Or something like that. :)
Using that form doesn't need to change internaly, just keeping "--enable" and
"--disable" options.

What do you think?
