In addition to this port being removed in 6 days, these build dependency ports
being removed due to lack of staging:

devel/cross-gcc
devel/cross-binutils[1][2]


[1] which removes staged and maintained port arm-eabi-binutils, adding
maintainer to CC
[2] Since arm-eabi-binutils exists for arm-eabi-gcc, there's no point in saving
it anyway if arm-eabi-gcc is removed.
