Unfortunately I cant take care of this PR - the patch fails to build for me on
9.3 due to some Maven out of memory error, what's strange, since my testing
machine has 16GB of RAM and 4GB of swap available, and it was building fine for
11 and 10 amd64/i386 - numerous attempts to build on 9.3 failed for me.
