I am having trouble resolving Vim error E763: Word characters differ between spell files.

Exact problem and solution as described on http://stackoverflow.com/questions/14802136/vim-word-characters-differ-between-spell-files-e763 . 
I've download from ftp://ftp.vim.org/pub/vim/runtime/spell/ the en.* files and the shipped and downloaded en.utf-8.{spl,sug} files are differs.
I've overwrite with downloaded en.utf-8.* the shipped /usr/local/share/vim/vimfiles73/spell/en.utf-8.* files and works fine.
