ports/183646: Update www/xpi-conkeror to conkerror-20131026, add staging, other updates

There is a new tarball (which should be on the FreeBSD mirrors soon)
with some of our patches accepted by the Conkeror project.  Please
ignore the last svn diff and use the one attached here.
