 Hi,
 
 This is really not a checksum mismatch. The file was removed from its
 original location but the fetch command downloaded HTML file telling
 about it - hence checksum mismatch.
 
 I'll submit a patch. In the meantime you can download the file from
 another mastersite:
 
   http://anthesphoria.net/FreeBSD/ports/distfiles/m17n-lib-1.6.3.tar.gz
 
 Put it into /usr/ports/distfiles/ and resume building.
