ports-mgmt/dialog4ports requires two headers from the base dialog:
  /usr/include/dialog.h
  /usr/include/dlg_keys.h

Since I understood the purpose of dialog4ports was to have a self-contained version of dialog so ports wouldn't be held back back base releases, this seems to defeat the purpose.
