textproc/ruby-libxml and textproc/rubygem-libxml-ruby refer to the same package.  However, textproc/ruby-libxml refers to the old hosting site, rubyforge.org.  New releases haven't appeared there since March-2009.  textproc/rubygem-libxml-ruby refers to the currently maintained hosting site, rubygems.org.  ruby-libxml should probably be deleted.
