Okay, there are two in portsmon but they are both 3.8.1 as well.  I 
missed that 3.8.2 is the latest (I try to check versions but I'm going 
through a lot of logs).

We'll consider ejc fixed but the MASTER_SITES_ECLIPSE should still be 
updated.
