 It looks like that argus-monitor is not related. It's an standalone 
 monitoring tool that do not relay on argus.. As for repocopies, I think 
 it's better to do that after deprecation period and removing of argus2 
 ports to let it's potential users time to migrate to argus3. Please let 
 me know if it's ok with you.
