I'm sorry that you have ahd to wait for a response.  I have restored the
old port to test, but it no longer builds with PHP 5.4.  If you can
point to a source for a newer version that will work, please let us know
and we can put it back in the ports tree.  In the meantime, perhaps
databases/php5-pdo_sqlite may substitute.
